Is the CQFO program limited to current FAR 121 Captains moving to TSA or is it also open to those with previous FAR 121 Captain experience currently not flying as PIC.

Yes no upgrade classes this month due to the fact that the CQFOs that were hired at the beginning of the year are becoming true captains this month.
