If lower than standard, or even just standard, are authorized by the chart then you can go as low as you can go using opspecs regardless of numbers actually printed on the chart. Did I get it right?
Yep, sounds like you have it. If standard is listed / authorized for that runway, you are authorized to go to your ops specs (which GENERALLY are the same as what Jepp has listed but not always) and apply the RVR/Rwy/Lighting Configuration for the situation. If HIGHER than standard wx is required with no alternative way around it ("300:1 1/2SM or standard w/ min climb of xxxft/NM to xxxft"), then you cannot use your "LOWER than standard" takeoff minimums ops specs = you must follow what is listed on the chart.

Anyone willing to make a flow chart in in a PDF or even PPT format? I would love to have this as well to keep things straight.

Default How does one post an image / PDF file on APC?

I made one but I have no idea how to post an image / PDF on APC. I've tried before but was ultimately unsuccessful. If anyone knows how to post a PDF, let me know and I will post it.

Here is an image taken of the flow chart. It is pretty low quality but it was the only way I could figure out to get it on here. If anyone else has another idea of how to upload a PDF or better quality image, PM me and I'll try to make it happen. (Disregard the reference to the full list of ops specs on the next pages. I don't have to time to make 4 more image files)
