Yes, it is possible, and easy if you know how to use blackberry desktop manager.
Export the calender from Flica to outlook on your computer. Sync Blackberry to outlook using Blackberry Desktop Manager. In Blackberry Desktop Manager, click on synchronize, then simply choose what items to sync, in this case, calender.
Mind you in order to do this you must have outlook on your computer set up, I never used outlook until my company started using flica. I use a gmail email address that is "pushed" to my blackberry. The same email address also goes to my outlook on my computer, although I hardly ever use it (outlook). I have a blackberry pearl 8130, some forums you may want to check out for questions with desktop manager, and blackberries in general...
