We outnumber 2:1. Inaction to protect the few at the top earning 4 or 500 flying turns isn't sustainable either. Que the senior types telling us junior types how they've earned it.... Rant over. Wow does that sound familiar. Sitting on reserve with no end in sight. CS has been giving all the flying to the new hires regardless of guarantee/seniority. The one turn I have gotten called for this month, I get lectured by the super senior guy how reserve is supposed to suck and how he earned this ability to gatekeep open time.. I also heard that Skywest is hiring so if people want their contract and work rules they should go there or stay there.
