That the VP of Flt Ops quit, ahem- retired, after Sunny's worst monthly performance metrics is an interesting bit. Saying it was planned, but needing time to reveal the plan, feels like it wasn't.... Planned.
I hear a WN upper management type was getting a hanger tour the other day. Someone else can drop the name if they want, I'm not. I am struggling to see the logic in that move.

Our future VP of Flt Ops, WN's former VP of Flt Ops (BW), was seen getting a tour of the facility?
Lets hope it plays put this way. That'd be a significant upgrade. Huge. Needed.
This op runs on "we've been doing it that way for"... even though pilots and planes have doubled. Soon to triple. They still run the LIP by hand with pen and paper for crying out loud. At some point ya gotta stop calling it "growing pains" and call it what it is.
Let's get this done ladies and gents! Just pay the man!
