with this new contract...months and years away in some aspects...are we going to regret some of this scheduling "flexibility"? maybe the company is winning one here we just don't see yet. there are a lot of open trips that pay 150+% and if we are all picking up and swapping with each other to be able to pick up more later, there won't be any need for 200% or more.
something to look at later when we negotiate PBS, is when the lines are awarded, the earlier the better sure, but that may give us fewer trips to bid on.
Company is getting long call reserve, which some of us seem to want, but that will also decrease the amount of premium trips, because of the increased productivity the company gets from LC reserve guys.
read and think critically...after all, the company did agree to this too.

I just received an email from the recruiting department stating my airline apps met the requirements and I will be sent an “Invite to interview” in the next week or so. They are scheduling interviews at this point for the month of February per the email. I am a current ACMI guy with about 6200 TT with 747 international experience and about 1200 turbine PIC FYI.
I have been reading through the threads and would love some clarification on a few things:
1. It was stated that reserve lines will be 12-13 days. Is that the min days off per month or how many reserve days you will have?
2. Speaking of reserve, how long are people spending on reserve right now? (I realize this is a fluid number)
3. I am confused about the 150% after 70 hours. With min guarantee being 75, how does this work or did I completely misread or misunderstand this?
4. Anyone have a good interview prep place to recommend that would focus on Sun Country or would any of them be good.
That’s about it for now. I am looking forward to interviewing and hopefully joining Sun Country.

2. there can be around 40 reserve lines in a typical month. Historical class size is around ten. 3-5 months on reserve is a pretty safe bet.
3. Min guarantee is 75 for first year only. After that it's 70. And you don't get 150% after 70, per se, you get 150% after anything about your line value. If you happen to get a line worth 85 hours, then anything above that is 150%. Without going to much into the weeds as there are lots of scenarios...
4. I used these two:
