I cant believe Aero Crew News just threw your pilot group under the bus saying you have a new contract days away with better than Delta rates. it’s almost like

Thank you PWNM, very valuable info, much appreciated, I don’t want to go somewhere knowing I’m just getting a type and move on, at my age I only have one more move and done in 10 years, I have apps out with ATI,Atlas, Kalita , spirit,frontier, JB, I lack the 4 year degree, and my first 121, didn’t go well, , I am not getting any responses, TT4400, 2950 121, Of that 1450 PIC P121, I was just finishing up the app addendum to apply to sunny, but might hold off a few months and see what happens. Safe flying to all.

New hire classes continue as FO's are leaving faster than can be feasibly hired. Upgrade classes are now for triage rather than growth so if your goal involves PIC time, just be aware. As mentioned on reserve you could get day trips when other people call in sick. Don't plan on them for many years. The listed pay rates on APC are accurate, there is no TA.

I moved to MSP back in June to work the Metro gig out of the DHL lot. Applied for SC, cause what the hey?! Never got a call, but got picked up by a different LCC. Ran into a check airmen in DEN and he was bummed to hear I never got a call. FWIW, everyone in the school house thinks we’re merging with you guys. They’re also fairly certain we’re getting 73s soon.

Thank you for your input, there seem to be a disconnect in just about every airline hiring department, but I’m a believer of there is a reason for everything. Safe flying to all.

Just an Allegiant outsider looking in because I heard about all this TA business. Just want to double check you all know about how our contract 5 years ago was negotiated with a big fat promise of a new scheduling system at a future date that never happened. This was on Jude’s watch. If you poll our pilot group, most pilots really liked Jude when he was here. But my .02 on the matter is to not negotiate something that will have some vague promise with a future date (rig, min day, and pbs were mentioned by one of you), it probably won’t happen and you will likely lose in court like we did.
