don't the union reps have to agree to a TA before we get to look it over and vote? not sure i understand the point of sending all of us this email. I was initially thinking the Nov 30th day was just a ploy to try and keep people here at least through the holidays, but when GM emailed us his bullet points trying to sell us, who the F would actually stay for that bs? I actually think now that he wants all of us to leave, clearly they underestimate how many of us have apps out, interviews scheduled or CJOs in hand.

Here's another gem to add to the mix. Apparently, the CEO has been spotted hanging out with the Allegiant execs at their corporate headquarters. With the current state of the industry....pilots leaving by the boatloads to the legacy carriers and an impending pilot shortage......don't be surprised if you see ULCCs begin merging to compete with the big boys for pilots and their survival.

If i see one more lifer on here or on FB spouting "everyone leave, so i can stay and make more money" i will vote yes for whatever pile of sh!t contract they put in front of us and see how you like that while i leave for the majors. Get real people, stay with the union to get whats best for everyone, long term.

Day trips go crazy senior. You will get some on RSV as the senior guys call out sick. Other than that, multi day trips for everyone.
FO pay.... Well, just imagine first year regional pay, without a commuter clause or a live reserve grid. Basically you will do more work for less pay the first 2 years.
Everyone has their reasons for looking at an airline, so idk what yours are, or what...but going to an airline in the middle of turmoil/negotiations like we are can be a bad idea. I'm sure you understand, but just a warning.
If you're coming for the interview experience, go bananas. Lol

New hire classes continue as FO's are leaving faster than can be feasibly hired. Upgrade classes are now for triage rather than growth so if your goal involves PIC time, just be aware. As mentioned on reserve you could get day trips when other people call in sick. Don't plan on them for many years. The listed pay rates on APC are accurate, there is no TA.

I cant believe Aero Crew News just threw your pilot group under the bus saying you have a new contract days away with better than Delta rates. it’s almost like
sun country management paid them to write it. Hope you guys stand strong and unified and get the contract you want/ deserve!

Yes, hiring indefinitely to plug the void left as pilots use SCX as a revolving door for a 737 type and move on to another airline.
