It seems crazy to me that we have any apps on file, every other airline is hiring again. Not sure what the appeal of sunny is anymore now that the day turns are all gone and now we have inefficient 5 and 6 day trips. 71 hour lines and 12 days off yay!
wouldn't surprise me to see a mass exodus in the next few months as guys with CJOs or a pulse start leaving, not sure any new pay rate they come up with in the next 18-24 months will be sufficient to retain or attract.

I would like very much to stay, but if a guy gets a CJO somewhere else how can you say no? It's not just the pay, but the other compensation (401k) and work rules that are lagging bigly.
