THIS TIMES A THOUSAND. Upgrades are Super junior right now. If these crappy lines continue to exist - why would anyone do the same job for way way way less pay when they can have a crappy junior line and get paid handsomely for it at a major? Maybe that’s the company’s agenda, to get less expensive people on board and knock the senior guys off the list to save $$.

HAH I'd be genuinely impressed if they had that much forethought. Right now every day is people running around with their heads on fire in HQ because they don't have enough newhires and upgrades to manage their growth plan. I think the trips just suck because the trips suck lol

Theres 6 pure turn lines.
-14 days off average (for line holders)
top lines have a mix of 4-5 day trips, some 2-3 days.
bottom lines consist mainly of 4-5 day trips.
As others said you fly here because you trade poop wages for a decent QOL. If QOL is going down the drain I might as well go fly for another LCC or try my shot at a major and get paid $100k + more in wages and benefits a year for the same schedule.
