The seniority outlook here is troubling so long as this company is not serious about growing. I didn’t come here with the intent of leaving. But back of the envelope math shows senior FOs at terminal 1 can make close to as much as our captains with similar QOL. It shows in the attrition numbers. Sure I may be pulling the ripcord early, but I’m far from the only one.

In the interim, I am curious to see what happens around here. I like the people I fly with and want to see the place do well.

Of course they are gonna try to sell you what it may have been like for a short period. Every month is different. Premium pay and movement dries up pretty fast when management cuts flying.
