Hm isn't that about the time DOT showed conclusively there was no way the schedule could be flown as published, 2 days before the month flying and within the 24 hr prior limit?

Would anyone confirm that CS is calling to ask if "interested in flying on days off" without offering a specific trip?
Is CS still forcing reserves to fly on days off in the middle of blocks?
What was the result of those multiple NCCs?

ABX is having the same problem as spirit. It's not a pilot shortage, it's a pay shortage. Does delta or united have pilot shortage? No. In fact united has stopped all new hire classes until November because they have a temporary surplus.

I don't know about ABX and it's deal with Amazon but for Spirit the proposal from the pilots union has not only been proven to be affordable by financial analysis but the company would also maintain top of the industry profit margins after agreeing to the pilots proposal.

These are the facts

Discussing anything even remotely associated with the TRO injunction restraining order whatever, is playing into management's hands. Talk to your union rep.

If you continue, we can assume you are either a total newbie (talk to your copilots and union) or a management troll, in which case congrats on the pay bump.
