Because that bank goes to pay for the Flight Pay Loss. So it comes from our dues or it comes from won grievances such as this. Fill out the grievance. It takes 2 minutes.

Well as long as somebody benefits. I just feel like we line managements pockets all day and then get screwed and line the unions poxkets. The Dues still come out of my paycheck it seems regardless. I'm done. I don't care anymore. Just gonna fly my line and enjoy life. Let the chokers choke and let everyone get paid but us Line drones. Peace out.

I understand the frustration and feel the same way. Just remember the company still loses when you file and win, even if you don't see it on your paycheck. As of last year our dues didn't cover our costs. So any time we can add to that and it affects the company's bottom line we all win. It's a team effort. You may not get to carry the ball into the end zone but the block you put up as a lineman may have gotten him there. WHATEVER IT TAKES.

Not being obtuse. Some guys give the impression if the button "ADD" is clicked it's choking regardless. I agree with what you said.

I don't know about any of you guys out there but I'm having a real hard time getting motivated to go to work these days let alone fly any extra opentime trips even for JA and for the record I have not taken any since negotiations started. After reading Urinal's email about security policies and our responsibilities, then reading the financial news that just came out today about Spirit's earnings, I am just dumbfounded that any pilot would help this company out at all. I'm an older guy that has health concerns like most older guys have and watching several of our pilots go down with a medical and getting no help from the company seriously concerns me. Long-term disability may not mean that much to you younger guys right now but I could potentially lose my home and the ability to take care of my family if something were to happen to me for an extended period of time. It's just infuriates me to think of Bendo and the company dragging their feet and denying us all the long-term security that we all deserve. For all of you out there helping the company in any way, you are doing the entire pilot group a serious disservice.

Well Said.
The first quarter earnings report isn't another slap in the face, it's a kick in the teeth to the group who is directly responsible for the 27 consecutive quarters of profits.
No extra help from me.
Transition conflict and drop.
Rinse and repeat.
