DOT and IOT...when you hit the "add" button you are saying:
"add flying to my line at a premium of 0.0 to my hourly rate."
"add more work to my line so I can do the work of another pilot"
"allow me to reduce the open time in the system, helping mask the poor staffing of the airline"
"let me subsidize Jyri and Bendo by helping them minimize the risk of not having pilots to cover these flight"

Or keep venting your rage on co-workers, especially someone who hasn't flown guarantee since being hired and who you're trying to **** on for pointing out that DOT is part of the normal scheduling process. Even a new guy can tell that you're over the line.

By your argument, anyone who doesn't just quit the company is a gravy choker. DOT is part of the scheduling process. Might need to see someone about your anger issues though, 'cause you're proceeding a bit unstable.
