Why the eye roll. This is consistent with NK behavior. DTW Crew room was moved outside and FLL always has been.

I get its a NK board, but i could not let this one slide man. If you have friends here like you claim, you should know better.

Since new ownership you are correct AC growth went from low 50s to 69 today. In 3.5 years since they have started to hire they have over 545 new pilots on property (576 in /2013 vs 1121 3/17). Now if you think 545 new pilots over that time frame is not growth than thats on you. Our utilization was one of the lowest in the industry. When indigo invested in nk, they had to do the same thing.

We are scheduled to have 120 airplanes by 2020. In my opinion I much rather have a solid contact vs a quick upgrade.

One last thing, I would not go calling pilot group by names.

There is zero benefit to the pilot groups for a merger of f9/nk except for the tiny fraction that wants to be based in abc/xyz etc
Cactus/ USAir was a different set of circumstances that would not apply in F9/NK merger. Anyways ALPA merger policy is JCBA then SLI.

As to your second point: "zero benefit". There would be a long list of pro's and con's. Like the rest of this industry goes, you have to wait till you retire to know for sure.

Back in topic: the MCO crew room is larger than the F9 crew room so my guess is they are fixing it up for the both of us after we merge.

Soooo March 28th has come and gone and no MCO announcement. Sooner or later I'll learn to not get my hopes up with these dumb rumors.

Yup, the 1st is what I'm hearing too. Along with the MCO base, they're announcing a C-Series order and all those new routes mentioned in another thread.

We'll all be asking what happened to this announcement on April 2nd and someone will say it's coming April 10th.
