Thanks for the info again. I should have been more specific and asked for information as it relates to your current contract. I am fully aware that there will be some give and take but hopefully more take then give. The ball has been in management's side for too long ( not just spirit but all airlines).

There were only two classes with night SIMs and they were back in September or October.

What are some competitive requirements to go to spirit?
Also, What should I expect to be asked when I will talk to hr at the NGPA?

Mins are 2000 hrs I believe. Average is higher than that but as long as the required mins are met you have a chance

1) Tell me a little about yourself and your resume...
2) Why do you want to work for Spirit? (Have multiple answers to this question)

In my class, everyone had over 4K total besides 2 people. This was pretty recently but I imagine you might start seeing more 2.5k to 3k people getting hired.
