No vote for me too....if this is what the company wants, then our negotiating committee needs to use it as leverage in the upcoming contract talks. Agreed this is a concession.

I'd vote yes if they removed two days of work. I'm not flying a normal schedule then sit on my iPad for 18hrs for 10hrs of pay. No thanks

They have to staff for all those trip drops for training. That means new hires and upgrades. If this passes they don't.

NO for me, protect my days off, and definitely better pay to stare at this damn thing for 18 hrs straight, good thing I patched my kit bag.

I was looking for something along these lines, plus profit sharing to account for the deadhead/hotel savings.

Joey, I screamed this on the conference call when we did this at Xjt and all I heard was crickets from the MEC

My Jepps seem to be working just fine but not going to ft lauderdale does have a certain value to me so I'll have to mull it over. They might need to sweeten the deal a bit more for me
