Right, Wall Street would hate pilot labor rates locked in for another 5 years at current rates. What are we going to do to speed it up? Strike? Best case on a release on that plan is a good 5 years... if we can get one.
Mid 2020 look for your MEC to give you the pie is only so big, vote yes or we are in no-man's land speech.
Most importantly, what you are forgetting is that B^3 LIVES FOR THIS SH1T!

Asked me anytime in the past 8 years and I would completely agree with you. But given the sweet contracts at the legacies and their hiring plans, we have got to get a decent deal done in the next 1-3 years or the company will probably have staffing issues

Sorry if this has been asked recently, went thru last few pages with no luck...
When, if any, is the next set of interviews? Are those dates published?
Thanks.

Hopefully indeed on bookmarks. At the last gig we had comply and the best we could do is screenshot the bookmarks just before an update to use as a guide to go back and redo them. They claimed then it was being worked on, but the bookmark was based on the page number, not the section or paragraph, which likely changes in a revision.

Tired of hearing about 2.5 year upgrades being some sort of liability. Most spirit pilots have years of 121 experience and many of them have thousands of hours of PIC time. Out pilots actually have the advantage of getting 2.5 years of time in type before upgrade whereas many airlines fos upgrade into a new type with zero time.
Agreed. Also we need to stop spreading the 2.5 year upgrade talk, that is ending. Anyone hired in the last 12 months won't see a 2.5 year upgrade. For guys getting on now they are looking at 5-6 years unless we see some attrition or a somehow take additional airplanes prior to 2021.
...Or we order more airplanes. Something tells me our management will not want to stop the growth in 2021, assuming the economy doesn't take a massive, three coil sh!t before then.
