It seems like, for whatever reason, the company may be using "historical staffing numbers" as the contract requires.
Either way, I dont care if it was a magical unicorn that got it done, its done.

I don't know what ACY staffing is like Joey, but there are a ton of reserves system wide in both seats. Planning on JA's may be a little wishful thinking right now. Buy hey, nothing ventured nothing gained!

Time to get phone call?
Does anyone know how long its taking to get the call from Spirit after submitting a resume? ( if they're gonna call)

But I will say, simply turning in a resume online will probably never get you a call. Read through the threads and you'll get a better idea of whats going on with hiring and what guys are doing for those getting calls.

I flew one 2 this month and dropped 4 R days. I did get called for Move up but preferred to sit on my ass . My pay is horribly low this month, I think I'm going to play it safe and just fly my line......the old "two in the hand, one in the bush "blah blah blah

I dont know man...the arbitration didnt address the minimum reserve staffing that is set on the grid. This month minimum staffing for reserves was insane, like 15 a day in DFW. Next month it is around 5 a day.

In section 25, it says the company uses its "experience". Now you know why it's screwy.
