I just finished the test. When you get the e-mail, the link takes you to a page before you begin the test, and there you can click on a link that gives you hints and examples of what to expect on the test. I got the cognitive one first and I thought it was straight forward. Don't rush and answer the first question, take your time and read them all. For example there was one with time where it was like 7:30, 7:48, and they want you to say the next. The first answer was 7:06, and 8:06 was last. The questions where it goes from strongly disagree to strongly agree, I thought they were a few that needed more specifics. Like is it a responsibility of all employees to help someone overloaded with a task? I kind of thought about it like in the cockpit if I am with a new FO and I see he is getting behind, of course I am gonna help. But If I am busy myself checking the MELs, flight plan and weather issues, I may not have the time. I am assuming there is no right and wrong answer, but perhaps all the answers together will give them an idea of your personality.

Has anybody got the next step after the new website application process? After the generic test.

Don't think it does much good at all.
Just a hunch though, I think we're ramping back up the hiring in June/July.

I watched the video that was posted. Things look a little cramped. How many seats are there on your 321's?

It's supposed to be a little cramped. Our entire business model is based around the notion of "a little cramped"
