Sorry, but Indigo invested in 2006. They got out in 7 years as planned.

Theres no job fair near me that spirit is attending (that I can find) so was thinking of maybe trying to walk in my resume.

That won't work. HQ is a secured facility. You won't get in the front door. A job fair is your only option and apply online via the website.

An interesting follow up with CEO Q&A to the original "Spirit Effect" article.

The Spirit Effect: One on One Q&A With Spirit Airlines CEO Ben Baldanza

In the words of Bob Dylan "times they are a changing "

Not a bad interview, just edited a little poorly.
The street loves Ben Baldanza, he talks about cutting costs continually, that's music to the ears of analysts and institutional investors.
Plus, it's refreshing to see an interview with a guy who's a little raw in his speech. He's right, Spirit has got to do a better job in presenting itself, not only in the media, but to potential customers as well. I don't live in a city that is served by Spirit, so the people I know don't fly Spirit. They go only off of what they read in the media, Facebook, etc, and that's not good. Does it really matter since they're not an active customer? It sure does.
Two good pieces on Spirit, hopefully they get some wide dissemination.

I dunno, I live close to ACY and everyone seems to "love" Spirit. The only negative they say are not enough flights and seasonal only service for flights what appear to be in high demand but its easy and inexpensive if you're flexible and don't have 12 carry on bags. I also thought it was interesting that our completion factor was so high. I guess with little frequency the flights have to, whereas United has some 12 flights per day to some cities, lol

Lack of frequency seems to be the recurrent complain, mainly for those that have experience a cancellation or late connection that messed up their travel plans.

If I remember correctly, the next 12 or so months will be dedicated to connect dots (current cities) and increase frequency where needed.

Also I think there is a big customer service push working its way out from miramar, all together with the new aom2...

Well people are certainly being raised told that they can!
