Dear Mr. Franke:

Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Respectfully,

Glad to them leave as well....Now what keeps them from building frontier into the ullc that would displace us out of the spotlight and the cash!!??

Maybe Franke got the FAA riled up before he left, just to stir things up a bit.

No to far from a possible Indigo/frankke move!!!! Who knows, definitely something we can't control. So now the waiting game.

Yeah, ugh........kinda makes me slightly uneasy only being a few months in. Maybe that's why there has been a mas exodus of middle management the past 6 months.......You're right though, not much anyone can do

Sounds about right. Indigos original game plan was to only be vested in NK for about 7 years. It has been close to 13, I will not be surprised to see him take Frontier into direct competition with us.

I wouldnt get too worked up just yet. Indigo will be completely seperate from us. We are still in a growth model with firm orders for aircraft, its not like indigo can take these new airbuses and play the whipsaw game. I think this is a good thing. We will steer the course, continue our organic growth with firm orders for A320's and 321's, and have a "less" likely chance of having to deal with a merger or having the two pilot groups played against eachother, competing for growth.

But what the hell do I know, is this the real caesars palace?

Couldn't agree more. Just cause investors and Franke leave doesn't mean the end of the road. Things only got better for Am west after he left. Until they bought airways that is.

So I wonder, when is Frontier up for a new contract? The pay rates are pretty low (Not knocking you guys) just makes sense that where they are you might be on a contract that is 8 years old. If so Indigo coming in is a BAD sign and I hope the Frontier pilots have their game faces on cause he will rip any pilot group apart.

He should not be underestimated.
