Order Book:

7 x A319
98 x A320 (45 will be A320neo's)
30 x A321

Basically, the fleet will more than triple. So, can I get hired now?

Looks like Airbus is racking up big orders at the Paris Air Show.

Wow, this is really fantastic news, and I am a fan of the new paint scheme. I kinda like the festive nature of the paint scheme.

The growth is great, and I have to admit I don't keep up with orders like I should, but aren't some of those orders replacements for current aircraft?

I could be wrong, but I think this order of A321s is in addition to those already placed, but someone much smarter than I will be able to confirm.

Yes, supposedly, some of those orders will replace some of the older 319's(602NK can go with em, that damn transponder confuses me!).... As in supposedly we have spare a couple of spare a/c sitting around, too,

By 2015:
71 (29 319s, 40 320s, 2 321s)

Between 2016-2021:
105 (20 320s, 50 (45 plus 5) 320s neo, 30 321s)

71 + 105 = 176

Minus 33 or so lease returns (old 19's) if they return that many.

By 2021: 143 total ( about 2100 pilots)

Please add or correct anything.

Good days ahead.

That is what I am coming up with as well. So basically, the current fleet will roughly double by the end of '16. As long they can keep showing a profit while expanding.
