I flew with this madman once. I can't believe this is where my dues goes. Funny how the MEC says the decision to appoint him was unanimous. That says it all or me. What was the problem with Jason?

Something has been going on in crew planning ever since our last minute DFW base opening. Everything has come out or opened late. Plus, no mock bids. I'm sorry there was one 2 weeks ago when they first opened the January bid.

I'm not saying its ok, but something is going on. Look who had been sending the crew planning emails, our LAS ex-chief pilot. I just noticed he signed the update as "manpower planning" instead of crew planning. Tool.

On another note. Did anyone see on the regional boards that Republic is opening crew bases in ACY and IFB. Both are casino runs using E190s. Maybe a way for some guys to make the commute to ACY easier.

Is there anyone here that has attended another job fair with Spirit and it has actually paid off? Just curious as to thoughts on what goes on there and what they might be looking for? I'm very interested in working for Spirit especially now that they are opening a DFW base. Thanks.
