Don't expect to hear anything new on this subject for a bit, for a couple of reasons. Two of the biggest reasons: strike ballot closes on Monday, and the busy flying for this year has already been planned and accounted for.

From the D.O....
Trying to move up 3 or 4 2011 deliveries to the begining of 2010. We are making money and will have enough to put up the down payments for the aircraft as long as we dont see a major collapse of the US economy. No more recalls planned for now, but plans change so who knows.

Right this moment there is about 800-900h of open flying for May in screwtrack. That is still only May and we are 8 days into it. June is the busiest month with July right behind it.
I figured they have the summer "planned out"... but then again when do they ever plan anything out properly? It is all very reactive at NK. If they will get into a bit of a tight spot I can see them scared s_hitless and call another few... ACY seems real short to me just looking at crew track... I am sure they will do everything to avoid another round due to the coming Fall slowdown. I think they have called back seasonal style just to furlough again before. Anyone who has been around longer could comfirm that. Heck! I would still take it! At least I would get unemployment this time and get a free network engineer cedrtification out of it so I could get a real job. None of this flying monkey business BS.
How was everyone doing on reserve in April? How many hours? That would give us an idea.
