Pretty firm from what ive heard, unless you have something quality to offset the lack of time like multiple transport types, or perhaps some 121 check airman, sim instructor, etc time. I know a guy who got on with under 3000 but he was a prof check airman, DE,
every type of instructors etc. at his last commuter gig.

Just a quick question... in your opinion (anyone at NK)... could a guy get a call with ~3200TT, 1100PIC, 2 Types, Company SIM Instructor, and 4 internal recommendations? Thank you for any input.
Good luck.

For what its worth my wife has a patient who's daughter is a VP at DFW. He said DFW and Spirit have been in talks to open a base. He didn't know any other details beyond that.

I received the email to fill out the full app over a month ago. I filled it out immediately. I know a few months ago Spirit was getting back pretty quickly with invites to interview. I haven't heard back. I'm assuming this is a bad sign? Does Spirit send out thanks, but no thanks letters? Thanks.

I hate to be the guy that says "search is your friend here".
So, I'm going to say- search is your friend. Lots of info on the interview process on here.
Quick summary- very laid back, short ATP written test, a few TMAAT questions, why do you want to work for Spirit, strengths, weaknesses..... They are looking for people who seem very excited to be a part of our team.

Thanks, I am just getting back into the "needing" a job phase. I haven't had the energy to read the whole 350 page thread yet. I'm dreading it actually. These boards are not for me. I wouldn't even know how to use the search function to fish out what I need. So thank you. I think you summarized it nicely.
