How much is Cole's bonus, from Indigo, if he gets new Union guys in there... anyone know???? His brother is a lawyer for them correct? I'm sure those nice guys in Phoenix would never want to "plant a seed" of his type at NK...

Hey G unit, while you are at it, why don't you buy Ben a new puppy as well....

I think all of us want to work for a company that has a good working relationship with labor, but let's face it; we don't! Time and time again NK's mgmt. has shown, not only the pilot group, but all other working groups how they feel toward labor.

Personally, I'm glad that I'm represented by guys that have; "done that, got the T-shirt!".

I don't think he is running for anything, in fact he can't, he is an FO. That being said, all he did was publish SPA's flight pay loss, something that the MEC is required to do anyway. The fact that they have decided to side step the policy manual and the by-laws has (in this case) been fixed. I realize there was a strike last year, but multiple members pulling down 70K in FPL is more than a bit steep.

Riddle me this Shifty, how does someone on leave receive flight pay loss? If one is on leave, thus has NO TRIPS to drop; how is he reimbursed for trips missed?

In addition to the 70K club, there are rumors that some ALPA guys received payments directly from ALPA and received 1099's. Money still paid out of dues, but not reported (if you can shake the report loose) on the FPL log. Who needs premium pay when you have FPL?

smoke and mirrors...... I asked how much he is getting paid by Indigo to plant this "seed". Nothing about flight pay lose etc.; as far as I'm concerned, they can have it! I for one have NO desire to work a thankless job and still do this job. I'm glad there are guys that "step-up" and do so with professionalism and integrity. So ram, you never answered, to busy getting that Jag fixed????

Just about every "26%'er" I've come across is: "It's all about ME and how I got screwed by the Union" for the vast majority of the "rest of us"... we are pretty content. We realize it is not perfect but it works for "us" as a pilot group.

So, back to the qustion: how much is he getting and who really is behind this? ..... and while I'm asking questions that only a 26% would know (being they are always talking about how much Southwest guys make) How where their works rules and pay back when they had 30 some airplanes??? ... and another, how do you credit 180+ hrs when sitting rsvr?

In ram's post the "key word" is: RUMORS

1099's are the rumor.

Multiple members pulling down 70K in FPL - FACT

Member on leave being reimbursed for "trips missed" - FACT

No smoke / No mirrors. I don't really care about SWA, although they were at 30 airplanes for about 20 minutes. We've been at 30 airplanes for 15 years. The entire CBA 2003 abomination was to fund growth. We bit on that carrot a long time ago, back when you were still sitting on a cheese wheel in your daddy's house watching the Packers.

The sacrifices made by the members of our MEC and Negotiating committee last year were many. These guys gave up most of their time at home, with their families, in order to fight for the pilot group. I have no issue with these guys having large amounts of fpl last year, and looking at the numbers for 2011, it does appear that they have come down to more reasonable values. I cannot, and will not, attept to justify any other union volunteer with that kind of excessive fpl. There is one on that list that has some explaining to do.

Once again, you go on about FPL and can not answer a simple question???

You have never called in sick nor been paid more then you worked? Carefull about throwing stones from your glass house: It is kind of like backing a 9 with reverse thrust... and some of us know how that can go

I agree with you 100% Scott.

Is there anyone out there ill-informed or delusional enough to believe that this sham recall effort is REALLY about Flight Loss Pay? What a canard.

This recall is about a small group's Special Deals and payback for the loss of such. The Special Deals that you and I were not and NEVER WILL be privy to.

Do I want the 150% back? YES. Do I think anyone should be able to be JA'd as many times as they want (it's not a REAL JA anyway)...YES. Do I want these Tools on the UltraSecret Board (USB) to trade OUR 4 days off so that THEY EXCLUSIVELY can go back to their 400% Special Deal Club? Umm...no, not really.

Does anyone REALLY believe that they are safe from commuting? Are you willing to lose those guaranteed 4 days off so that the Special Deal Club can resume getting trips/drops/pay that YOU and I CANNOT?

You know the players in this. It is NOT the ENTIRE 26% group. It never has been. It is a very small subset of those who HAD the inside line, the special handshake, the DEAL. You have sat next to them as they worked their magic with Scheduler X, you have wondered why YOU were not called even ONCE for the same. They do not give a rat's a$$ about YOU or your getting your 150% OT back. This recall is payback, plain and simple. It is payback for getting called out by the OTHER 95% of the pilot group who is NOT privy to the DEALS, payback for an end to unlimited 400% for the select few, payback for the oversight that is now in place in scheduling that GUARANTEES there is a level playing field for OT. (even though as I said, I would prefer it to be significantly more than 100%)

It's that simple folks. They are trying to stack the deck. They tried it with Travis, and unfortunately for them Travis has more character than their entire little club together. So now they move on to Frank. Next they will go back after Travis, etc etc ad nauseum.

From the USB thread, "Words from Travis Wheat": SKYVANS: "You are forever tarnished you Benedict Arnold. You're next"

It is no secret that the USB is an Indigo fabrication meant to foster Union division during our last negotiations. It succeeded by using the pawns on that board who chase their tails round and round day after day loathing the loss of their direct line to 400%. It is no secret that Cole Brantly is "Justthetip" on that Board with an exclusive Indigo lifeline and vested interest in the agenda of such. It is no secret that he is now the moderator of that board since negotiations have ended. It is no secret that he is one of the main motivators of this recall effort along with some of Spirit's finest, the elite of the elite, the best of the best. You know, the fellas that you avoid in the crew room with abandon because you KNOW they would sell your mother's eyes so they could get back their Special Deals.

It is quite entertaining to watch the USB elite try to paint Cole and Chuck as the Lone Warriors, standing stalwart against the "We" hoardes in the pursuit of truth, justice and 150% for ALL!!! Yeah, you guys are heros for sure.

If you do NOT do your part and participate in this vote, you are forfeiting your right to whine and complain if these Champions of Justice somehow get their puppets onto the LEC/MEC and into scheduling. You are forfeiting your right to look puzzled and scratch your head in disbelief when only a elect, specific group is called for unlimited JA's by the same company that you bust your a$$ for, all because they now have their puppets as Scheduling volunteers and "overseers". You are forfeiting your right to cry like a b!tch when the Vegas (or Chicago or LA or City X) base opens and you are now a commuter WITHOUT 4 days off. Think THAT can't or won't happen? These guys would sell out YOUR 4 days off quicker than you can say HeavyFreight. Hope you enjoy THAT, new commuter. It's only an LOA away.

Please do not be willfully ignorant. You are forfeiting.

Just my 2 cents.

Well USB, there you go. Let'r rip.
