Currently Spirit has 2 classes scheduled for Nov.
Nov. 1 and Nov. 4 each with 6 recalls. Plus a class of four recalls started Oct 11th.
Are the 2 Nov Classes you are talking about additional to the 2 already scheduled?

When Americans start buying American produced autos. That's when DTW will come back.
I'm doing my part.
New DTW Focus. New Edge from DTW and right across the river in Canada. Dodge Ram from USA (VIN says so). Old Ranger from USA (VIN) says so.
Harley from USA. Boots from Texas. Heck, I do without before I buy Chinese. Seriously, I only buy foreign when there is absolutely NO other choice.
If the AFL-CIO really wants to bring back middle class jobs, they should renew the "buy American" campaign.

Really? How about this noble idea? The American CEOs should demand from their managers r&d, implementation of QA. In other words, make them stop producing worthless throw away vehicles that need a new tranny every 15k miles and have a residual of 35% after 2-3 years. Then, the American people perhaps will buy American cars once again. Whatever happened to competition with leading products and ideas, the free market, market demand, and customer choice? Huh? Yeah lets go and bail out more unable management types just to delay the inevitable.
I've driven three Ford trucks, two Rangers and a F250 well over 150K miles each in the last 20 years. A Merc van over 100K, a Taurus over 100K, and a Focus over 100K. Yes, I drive a lot. Not once have I experienced an engine or transmission failure. My Neon did have a bad head gasket (leaking oil) at 30K. My son's Mustang went over 100K with only a head gasket failure at around 120K. My Dodge Ram sits most of the time, but it's never had more than an oil change in seven years.
But what did I say that implied anything about bailing anybody out? I said that American buyers buying American produced cars will bring back DTW. I didn't say that Americans should buy for patriotic reasons. The politics was all your idea. If Toyota produced autos in DTW, I would be saying the same thing. If you don't keep up, ALL auto manufactures sales numbers have been way down the last two years, I'm sure that some city in Japan (likely Hiroshima) is suffering the same as is DTW.
You buy what you want, I'm all about personal freedom and personal responsibility. I won't try and control your buying choices. FWIW, I'm looking at a US produced Honda Ridgeline for my next truck. US production is what matters to me. I, in fact, support American laborers.

The only way to email a resume and cover letter is to have a current spirit pilot recommend you and send it via their company email address.

OK, thanks for the info. On the online application however, there is a box where they request you paste your resume and presumably, a cover letter as well. They don't specifically request a cover letter, but I have never submitted a resume without one.
You can apply via the spiritair.com website. Spirit Airlines - Catch the Spirit!
