Yeah but dont worry, Im sure it will be the usual addition by subtraction method they have used to "grow" the airline in the past.

Unfortunately no. There are A LOT of efficiencies in this new contract that allow better utilization (so much so it required a "no furlough" clause). Good for the company, too bad for those furloughed; but I'm sure they will grow into the need eventually.
