EVERYTHING, without exception, that he has EVER said to the pilot group has been a flat out lie. Everything he says is with a purpose....to put fear and doubt into the minds of the pilots and their families.
Just curious, how might BBB explain to Indigo and Oaktree that their once profitable airline is now going to shut down because he would not settle with the pilots? Answer...he would not get the chance because he would be escorted outside and shot! There is A LOT of money at stake here, and none of it belongs to Baldanza, dont forget that!

Sooo, if the last piece of crap offer is not on the table anymore, what on earth are they going to talk about tomorrow??!? An offer worse than the one we went on strike for?! Seriously, why would they even show up? Were def NOT going backwards from the already sub-standard contract they wanted us to sign

Stay strong Spirit Pilots.
This is a big eye opener for ALL dirt bag management types.
To paraphrase the great and mighty Herb Kelleher;
"Treat your employees well and the rest will work itself out."
Genius in its simplicity.
Standing by for incoming from all the SWA haters.

Glad to know he thinks that the 2000 employees lives and the company's future is a board game challenge.
(Oak-tree and Indigo must totally support his hobby, with their monies, for how long)
Give me a break.

Thanks Normann, that made me fall off my chair laughing.
And here's little snip from the Gamer board
<<Not surprisingly, Ben is very good at applying his business skills to gaming. Don't ever play him in a negotiation game, particularly Chinatown--he'll kick your butt! >>
