Were the CP and DO on the pilot seniority list? If they had to resign over this and can't come back after the strike that's really taking one for the team. I guess that's the risk anyone takes being a management pilot or non-union pilot in general.

BTW, WOW!!!! If that is true, KUDOS to them!!! As far as I remember, all "management" pilots were on the seniority list.?
Now if they do run flights while on strike, some friendly local government workers might want to take a CLOSE look at the operations. 119.65 says they need a chief pilot and director of ops.

For those of us not in the know, did other managers accept these roles, or did some line pilots step into these positions?
I can't imagine what it would be like to work for a CP and DO that stepped into that role, even post strike. Talk about someone who clearly has no support from those they are charged with managing!
