That distant learning TA passed with flying colors. To me that was Bullsh!t because the I-Pads were coming one way or another. Once ground school is being done on my time off that will be significant loss of pay because of the training conflicts that I have lost. No special deals just loss of training conflicts that everyone had the opportunity to enjoy.

I don't think anyone is going to vote for PBS, loss of our four days off, loss of transition conflict or any of our other QOL issues unless this contract is world beating. Talking CAs maxing out at $600/hr, W-2s upwards of $400K. Anything less than that, I dont see anyone voting a reduction in our QOL.
I'm confident the negotiators are gonna get us a TA, I'm not as confident its going to be as stellar as we all want and I'm not confident that our pilot group will turn away a TA that is lackluster.

These pesky post strikers. They don't know anything about the dynamics of the industry, what other shops have in their contracts, section 6 bargaining, the standard ford&harrison management labor relations playbook or even flying. They should not be allowed to vote.

I'm staying positive about the negotiating committee. I don't know how positive I'll be until I see a TA. It's like this, I'll make my prediction for who wins super bowl 50 the day after its played. And I will give support to the NC, those that don't need to be donkeypunched!
