Let me clarify something about upgrade OE. I can't teach you experience. But I can teach you how to make good decisions and that comes from the knowledge of the systems, manuals and procedures. I'll dig deep into the books and get you to think and form a plan, coordinate with MOC, DX and everyone else to make a timely and educated decision. You will make mistakes but that's how you gain experience.
I know you can fly the bus. Upgrade isn't about flying it. It's about managing everything else that comes with the job. And I'll be damn sure you're ready to put up with this $hit show. Because normally we aren't the last line of defense, we're the only line.

How anyone makes it to this level and shows up for a check ride without, at a minimum, knowing the limitations and memory items is beyond me. That's pure amateur hour and inexcusable.
If you're not prepared, for whatever reason, call out sick if; but don't show up not knowing the basics. Of course, everyone can have a bad day. But those are the basics...it's a given those questions will be asked. If you study nothing else, learn the limitations and memory items. Getting a few questions wrong on other system stuff really isn't a big deal.

Is anybody else having trouble listing for the J/S? Been trying for 2 days on my phone, tablet, AND laptop......to no avail. I have put in a couple of emails to the company and no responses yet.
