Uh, oh. Our stock is down, the story doesn't mention us, but this still scares me. Southwest flight attendants ponder CEO Gary Kelly's next move after contract vote - Chicago Business Journal

I know you can fly the bus. Upgrade isn't about flying it. It's about managing everything else that comes with the job. And I'll be damn sure you're ready to put up with this $hit show. Because normally we aren't the last line of defense, we're the only line.
I think you might have been my instructor at one point, unless there's more than one Cheesehead in the schoolhouse. Thanks for all of the hard work and effort, you definitely had me well prepared for flying the line at NK.

How anyone makes it to this level and shows up for a check ride without, at a minimum, knowing the limitations and memory items is beyond me. That's pure amateur hour and inexcusable.

If you're not prepared, for whatever reason, call out sick if; but don't show up not knowing the basics. Of course, everyone can have a bad day. But those are the basics...it's a given those questions will be asked. If you study nothing else, learn the limitations and memory items. Getting a few questions wrong on other system stuff really isn't a big deal.
