Been saying this forever. Behind scope, it's equally as important as pay and retirement. Don't know if you consider me as a youngster in my 30's but yes I think it's extremely important.

Yep, been there and played the same game. It's a clown show in Miramar more often than not. Granted, that's mostly to blame on understaffing; but that's not an acceptable excuse.

So bummed about losing usairways travel benefits! My wife and I used them all the time out of phoenix where we live. I hope we get AA on board down the line at some point

Man tough crowd. I was actually just looking for a way to give props to some gate agents that went above and beyond for me. Sure it's a bit of a fluff HR program but it's not a bad thing guys
