What are you talking about? Anyone can sue anyone...

I was specifically referring to our judicial system and how cases are brought to trial with respect to criminal charges (please don't take that out of context it was a comparison)

the way I thought it worked was the charges would be heard by the LEC and then sent to a hearing board from ALPA. I might be wrong. Mind you I'm not arguing for or against the charges, it's just my viewpoint on the situation. But enjoy your beers at Bone Daddy's this week.

Sure, sounds about right. Sounds like just like a 1958 South Carolina Lunching mob. Im sure it was unanimous.

Only problem is that ALPA threw out the charges. Whats your next move?

So you're comparing ALPA bylaws to a lynch mob? Relatable and timely.

Im glad the charges were thrown out. Maybe now we can all move on and focus on the real foe in this fight, Spirit management. And instead of b*tching about hotels, or what side of the union is right we take a nice example from the Delta pilots today in standing up to a substandard TA...

The comparison only went as far as DP and the 018. ALPA fixed it. They were trumped up charges. We wont forget.

Y'all are funny. Bone Daddys? The DFW posse meets at an undisclosed location. In case you forgot, the DFW supported candidates for 77 Representative positions lost to the Vegas candidates you guys supported. Facts is facts. You shoulda vetted your candidates better.

Speaking of facts is facts, I'm not arguing against the charges either, I'm just pointing out the fact that 18 Reps filed Article 8 charges against the SPA MEC Chair (also the 77 FO Rep) and against the 109 FO Rep. Facts. I didn't vote for either one of them, I'm just pointing out that the division inside SPA ALPA isn't just "old politics". It's current events and it effects us all.

BTW, the last I heard, the charges against the 109 FO rep were withdrawn, whatever that means.

Now back to your regularly scheduled P contest with Android.

I get it now. Well played. For the sake of repeating myself I'm glad the charges were thrown out. We are 3 weeks from an expired contract, while working for one of the most profitable airlines in the world. Now we can move on. If there's there much of a split of the pilot group, elections will be held within next twelve months so engage your reps accordingly

Another podcast another mention of a "pathway to parity"...
Very disappointing.
