Weren't you guys talking about getting 4 aircraft this year? Perhaps Indigo has other plans for them.

SINGAPORE 2010: Tiger advances delivery of four A320s
By Ghim-Lay Yeo

Singapore's Tiger Airways has finalised an advanced delivery agreement with Airbus for four Airbus A320 aircraft.
Originally scheduled to be delivered in 2016, they will be delivered in 2011, says the low-cost carrier.
It concluded a similar agreement for another five A320s last month. These five aircraft will be delivered this year and in early 2011, instead of 2016.
"Following our strong operating numbers in the last quarter, we have further accelerated aircraft deliveries to take on the growth opportunities awaiting us in Asia and Australasia," says Tiger's CEO Tony Davis.
The airline operates 18 A320 family aircraft and will receive its 19th this month. It aims to increase its fleet to 68 by December 2015.
Good luck with the picketing. Keep the board updated on times and locations. AA's got a base in MIA as do a whole bunch of cargo operators (I hope some of you supported the Amerijet guys), and you never know, perhaps even a JetBlue pilot will show up - they do have a base in FLL, and virtually all of them are former union members, many former MEC folks from regionals there. I know I'll be there if I can, perhaps helping to push some folks in wheelchairs.

You never know with these guys. However the deliveries (at least the first 320) were confirmed just a week or two ago by the DO in an email. Also manuals are being updated, and FA's are trained on the 320 which Spirit does not fly yet. There were some rumors about returning the two 321s but those died.

Does it really matter, just as long as it(they) come?

You guys make me laugh...I decided I couldn't stay away from this board...I'm happy to be back. I look forward to our continued debates and discussions.

The A320s may come from one of their delivery centers in Finkenverder, Germany (outside Hamburg). I've been over there to pick up aircraft for another airline before. The delivery flights were always nice...stocked with wine, cheese, champagne, etc. Maybe that's why your buddy hasn't seen any come out of the Toulouse facility, unless they look like an A380.

Or, maybe they finally got smart and found some Boeing 757s.

Not sure about our next deliveries. But all single-aisle Airbus aircraft eventually will be assembled in Hamburg. All widebodies will be assembled in Toulouse.
