Incompetence is at a all time high. Long waits on the phone yesterday with crew scheduling, come to find out that there were only 3 schedulers working during irregular ops. Many flights cancelled yesterday and 15 as of 9 am this morning and rising.

No idea, but I do remember Doug Polletti claiming that I had some login on another site and called me that. If they don't agree they just sling mud. I have stated this over and again, this is my only login on here and I have never had one before, I only got on here when I got calls from others letting me know about the lies and mud that was being slung during our LEC rep vote. I won't rehash it again, but it was complete lies on a DUI I had in 1999, that was fully disclosed. The funny part was they supported the guys that ousted them anyway, oh the humanity. I don't even know why any of you, including me, even still encourage or give these guys any credibility, the group has spoken. I can prove who they are due to my attorney gaining IP addresses and MAC addresses from "Spiritman" and his buddies, I also have evidence to prove that I was never on these boards before this incident, I dare them to push this further. I have two sworn depositions from FO's that have flown with a certain union member in ACY that also used this same piece of garbage to slander me, like I said a while back, I dropped it for now believing that this issue was over. If they want to go the legal route with me, then I say lets do it! By the way, why can't we have a credible discussion with dissenting views without the personal attacks from these guys?

It's a bigger issue than one person on management. This is an issue with a growing company not spending enough to support that growth. You can't expect to run 144 airplanes at a cost and infrastructure built for 45. It's the same issue with the "budget" the company is willing to spend on our contract. It is a fixed dollar and doesn't account for our growth. Last year our pilot cost was X. This year with 300 more pilots the cost cannot still = X.

Not saying we don't have problems because we surely do but if you were in ORD yesterday you know that every airline was having a meltdown. Our issue is that it's hard to recover because we just don't offer the frequency the other airlines do.

What I see on a daily basis is flt attendants that don't care, contracted gate agents that don't care and are telling customers anything they like and now an upper management (Bendo)that is breeding a not caring attitude that is now being reflected by all the employees he has gone cheap on.
Question is, how many times can we do this to customers? This place is an embarrassment.
