They should have! Apparently they (new hires)are filling out apps after the type ride because they aren't in cass yet and can't go home with 7 days off, honestly the only way things will change is if people start leaving.

Any other LAS FO's notice that almost the entire month of June is now red and the open time pot seemingly doubled in the last couple of days? It appears as though they withheld a ton of open time until June 1st in order to comply with red/green requirements and then dumped it once the June bidding cycle was complete.

Open time manipulation has been an ongoing issue system wide.
Management admitted it, during a recent groundschool Q and A.
Time to get someone in Miramar to watch over CS.
I will not comment on the 2% pay raise

Vegas had 5 FO's upgrade to captain for the July bid, so I think what you are seeing is 5 lines of flying being dumped into opentine as crew plan awards and schedules these FO's for class.

Shouldn't be too much longer before LAS is no longer the junior base.
