The new Chairman's comm is nice. When does he communicate the news that they dumped maytyus? 109 want's he and slotten gone, 77 wants he and slotted gone. why are they still there?

No, he is just being an a55 clown.
I am sure he thinks he can do a better job, or some 3 yr capt from some regional.
If you want to set negotiations back several years, go ahead and see what happens when you get someone in there that hasn't dealt with this management before.
