I guess you are not aware the Hann and Poletti have already inquired at ALPA National into bringing up Ackerman on charges and removing him from his position. That would destabilized our MEC and delay our chances for securing a contract.
I suggest we support our reps and the MEC.

If the previous MEC leadership was acting inappropriately and not following the LEC leadership, then they were removed accordingly. If the current MEC leadership acted inappropriately then they should be removed too. Any inquiries to ALPA National are just that, inquiries, no? If there's nothing there, then one would assume they have nothing to fear and they would welcome investigation to clear their name?
Sounds like you'd like sunlight shown on MEC folks you didn't like but you want cover ups on MEC people you do like. We need leadership in these positions that will look out for ALL pilots and be above reproach in all their actions. If leadership can't pull that off then show them the door. With all the accusations of LEC/MEC reps handing information directly to management, this NEEDS to be sorted out.

Just remember if Hann and Polletti are going to ALPA to bring up charges I will have to bring Polletti up on charges as well for his physical threats and his online lies and slander against me while enjoying his union protection. We have the IP addresses thanks to APC, so I say let the investigations flow, let the truth come out. My attorney also has two sworn depositions from two other pilots here at Spirit regarding this issue. I was willing to let it go in the name of "moving on" and "unity" but if the thug mentality is going to prevail, then I will have no choice than to pursue relief as well.
