I am still new on property so I don't know the lay of the land at every station. What I do know is that MYR did a fantastic job in comparison to many of our other stations. Just an observation. It would be nice to experience their level of professionalism and dedication throughout the system.

On your next ground school (if you are lucky enough to attend to one more, at better pay) bring this up to Bendo, also since you are there ask Why can't NK pilots get paid industry or above industry average.
Instead, not all but some, are asking if we are going to paint the airplanes, if we are getting acro seats, iPads, etc.
My guess is , 350,000,000 to bring us to industry avg at DOS. Probably 1 or 2 % of their 20% margin. The airlines that Bendo compare us to operate at almost half of that.
WE (pilots/sched comm), need to assure CS follows the contract. When told/asked to violate the CBA, refuse to, and call your rep!
Some CS supervisors try to intimidate by refusing to listen, or by transferring you to the CP's office.
This kind of intimidation should not be tolerated.
As far as the EFB trials, I do not know that anyone is receiving special treatment.
Certainly not Lobaeux.
All this "labor outsourcing" is not good for morale, incentive, product quality and PR.
Areas in which we need improvement!
These short sighted business practices may identify Spirit as a quick turn investment company, rather than an airline with a solid future.
Merger/buyout protection is imperative.

How long after going to a job fair have pilots been offered interviews and jobs? After the job fair, what should be expected next.
Is it just me, or does anyone else find it suspicious that the spiritpilotboard shuts down as soon as the MEC officers are fired? I always thought they owned it and gave Poletti an unchecked forum to keep pilots in their place.

7 weeks for me. Some were called before and are a class ahead of me, some called after. Seems if you don't hear anything by the sale of the next job fair your probably not going to get a call this round. I don't know how many of the qualified job fair attendees get called but I would guess half or less. Once you get an interview there is a high success rate upwards of 80%.

Where is the crew van?
I don't know why the company has not sent out the link for the app when they mentioned on one of our weekly updates about us being able to start tracking with GPS where our van driver is with est of when he will arrive but here it is. For iPhone users goto the App Store and search for dartcrew it's free
We tried it on a iah hotel pickup and it was awesome.
U put in date ur airline code flt # airport code and whether you are arriving or departing and it brings back his location or pickup location or telephone contact info like the uber app.
