Yes Sir, you got it. But they'll never accept that they made a mistake. All failures will be blamed on guys like me and you with "an attitude problem".

Oh, but management gonna play nice when it comes to negotiating time because we gave in to 'em with this loa. Bah! We gave in and they know we're going to cave and take whatever they hand out to us. We better get our heads screwed on straight, or we're gonna find out that cow is dry come milking time.

We seem to have a relative consensus on issues regarding our "hard stance" in the upcoming negotiations.
Unfortunately after the results of the recent LOA, and conversations with our peers, much of our growing group does not share these views...

IF NOT NOW, WHEN?
Exactly. Even on the "union approved" board the informal LOA poll showed a vast majority turning it down.

Just to be clear. It is Amongero and Hopkins that approved this new board and acted to shut down the real spiritpilotboard. The MEC reps. clearly approved the now defunct spiritpilotboard ( at least the 109 reps.) as they had their own forum on that board.

So now I wonder what anti MEC rants are on Amongero's and Hopkins' board. Funny how things work out.

They're not hiding it. They are plotting recalls to destabilize the union.

Would you mind a copy and paste? I have not gotten on the the new board and don't intend on it any time soon. Just wondering what they are saying.

A copy and paste from that board is not a good idea in my opinion. Here there is anonymity, there the members are vetted and manually added.

Just to be clear their recall plans aren't coming from posts on the board. They are more covert. This is definitely sour grapes about a legitimate process.

We need to move on and get a good contract now. We don't need distractions like recalls.

In my time (little), I've never seen a small group going at each others throats so bad as ours for control. If all that time was dedicated to better our contract we wouldn't spend countless hours worrying about who's at the helm?, do we trust them? Are they gonna get the best possible deal for the whole group with out concessions.
