When you fill out the survey, USE YOUR REALLY BIG NUMBERS and NO CHANGE in WORK RULES, the company will be getting a smoking deal. Don't forget our CEO gets on tv weekly and tells the world we're the most profitable airline in the industry.
**Example, 2nd year, narrow body, FDX Cpt $202, 2nd year FO $148.***
Note: This will also solve the opentime whining. The few senior/junior wh**** can have all they want, the rest of us can live(comfortably) within our means and adjust our schedules accordingly.

I'd like to just pop in again and mention SCOPE! The current language MUST be corrected.
There is no reason the company would push back on scope, unless they had serious designs on us and whatever (fruitful) contract we may sign without scope.
We miss the mark on this, we all lose long term. Count on it. Please, for the love of Christ don't forget about scope.

That is funny...I guess shooting for the stars can't hurt..By the way, PBS is great.
I'm under no assumption we are going to git a industry leading contract even though we are doing industry leading profits but american and united just got big contracts and delta is amendable after ours. If we cant even get close to what they have pay wise, what the heck are we doing this for? This place is gonna be a ghost town with guys leaving, not the old guys but the young ones. We should at least get what delta has for narrow body+ because there going to get much more on theyre next contract.

The time to go to a legacy, if one wants to, is now. Not after a potential failure of lengthy negotiations. Me personally, I'm done chasing this career. I'll fight to make this place the best place to work that I can, but I'd just assume start a different career entirely than go to another carrier for more money. And I've got more years left till retirement, in theory, than many at NK.
I'd also add that there probably will be some churn near the bottom of the seniority list. That is happening already though and it has nothing to do with a lack of contractual gains. People make moves for myriad reasons and that's OK and expected.
