Ill be honest, I didnt think you were joking, so I apologize. If I'm wrong, I'll admit to it. That bein said, we shouldn't be thinking of giving up anything. Just like others have said, scope needs to be addressed, ltd needs to be improved, pay needs improving, rigs, etc. heck the only thing that don't is our five days off. Wait, that needs improving to. We gave up on the distance learnin I really think we coulda got a little more, maybe not in the distance learning portion, but in gains in other areas. We let that oppurtunity slip by let's not do it again.

Again...just sounding off. Not directed at you, Tine.
You better not give up anything!

Spirit is currently undercutting the industry, with low wages and poor service! The industry has finally rationalized capacity through consolidation and is finally able to control pricing... But now Spirit is flooding the market with cheap seats hurting the pricing control that makes this job a great career!

The Spirit Negotiating Comitee should give the company an ALPA legacy CBA and say sign it!

I agree on the not giving up anything part, but Spirit doesn't HAVE enough seats to flood a bath tub, so you can stuff the under-cutting rhetoric.

I was about to say the same thing. Spirit doesn't have the ability to flood the market with cheap seats and i and every spirit pilot take offense at your "poor service" comment. Ive commuted on delta, the service is no better than any other airline, except for the overpriced drinks and stupid 'most admired employees' sticker on the side of there old, old airplanes. Gimme a break.
Wait you were right in one thing, we need more pay. Remember our contract was signed while the legacys were rolling in bankrupt stew.

Every single legacy carrier is now PBS. Curious, are you ok with that? PBS will see all conflicts in advance. Carry over trips, vacation, training, etc.

Heck NO we don't want stinking PBS. And we want to keep our four days off. PBS is for Bob villa and shows about painting "happy little trees" not for airline pilots.

Tool of the day candidate. If I wanted to work at a legacy, I'd apply to one.
