Anyone know of anybody hired with less than 4000TT? I Have just under that an I'm wondering if it's worth visiting them at WIA.

You're right, the fact that 70% voted in favor of getting bent over the hood of Ben's car probably means nothing. At least we improved 4% from 2010. If this trend continues, we will be able to say no somewhere around 2053.

Not unless you are military, a Riddle instructor after their 2 years, or highly connected. Going to the job fair now would just be an opportunity to show youre interested.

I was thinking this exact same thing.

Im more concerned with the 21% that didnt vote at all. I can respect someone's vote, even I dont agree with it. 21% saying "Ahh, screw it, not worth my time" is way more concerning to me.

Any consideration at all of some 2 year anything is foolish. We need a solid contract and expedited resolution of it.

Use your head guys. The LOA is a prime example, NK gets something, the pilot group did not do an "even" trade. Don't keep repeating the process.

They aren't going to offer a raise and keep everything else status quo. The cheapest management in the business won't 'give' us anything. Any raise will have to be hard fought or paid for in work rule give-aways. Which will this pilot group choose?

Isn't this thought process detrimental to us all? Why should you have to "give up" something when in fact the Spirit pilot group has been "giving up" much in the way of lower than industry stds in about every aspect of their contract and the previous contracts as well for over a decade.

I voted No. I lost. I'll move on. But it disturbs me that we just traded a work rule (13 days min guarantee down to 11) for one hour of pay (13 day off line, company had to drop a 2 day trip minimum to bring you back to 13 off and pay you for it 9 hours now given up for 10 hours. A difference of 1 hour. You guys and girls are certainly cheap dates.

I hope contact negotiations last until my retirement date so I don't have to read what other perks you trade away for pennies and suffer the consequences.

I need a beer...
