Man we love to whine and complain about DEI whenever things don't go your way. Our industry is littered with aviation accidents committed by white men (boomers, nepotism, and all). Instead of blaming women and minorities who you feel took your slot, look in the mirror. Most of you are assuredly mediocre at best. But please go on about how that 1 minority stole your pilot slot. It’s a shame with the thousands being hired at The Big Three, there isn’t enough room because they’re taking your jobs. Good luck at Spirit guys, and thought and prayers.

Got to cut something with the AOG numbers ticking up. Should be expected. Hopefully their smart enough to cut the biggest money losing routes.
