Make sure you mention you are coming to save us fron DEI hires in your interview! Also the “skill”issues haven’t been DEI hires. But you know they are because you want it to be that way. Its easy to see why you are where you are. Sure hope our interview team does their job.

same same. Please stay a NK. It seems like a place you fit in really well. We don’t need your saving at UAL. I’ve been through the ups and downs of the industry over the years. Maybe you will find some perspective yourself in whatever stage of grief you are going through.

I’m a former F9 captain and cheerleader turned UAL. NK is a great group of people and we’d love to have every single one of you over here! Come on over. The water is fine.

OMG! Get over yourself! It amazes me how a person all of a sudden will think they are so special when they become part of a certain team! And especially assume if one works for Spirit that we can't get on elsewhere. Some of us actually like it here believe it or not! I've been here 19 years, have a clean record and have never applied elsewhere. I even have a box I could check!! Hate to burst your bubble, but your really nothing special!

The impression you project is that you are too good for UAL, but you will lower yourself and go fly with DEI hires if you have to for a job.
There are plenty of pilots that would be excited and happy to come to UAL versus the image you project. Do you think that pilots associated with pilot hiring read this forum? I know they do and with the information you have provided hope they rethink that conditional job offer.

That is probably a good plan for your friend. Find a new job that provides them happiness. Perhaps you should consider the same. Find your own happiness without trying to throw barbs at UAL. There are a lot of spirit pilots coming to UAL. Hate to see you poison the reputation of the group as a whole. If you represent the average attitude of the the Spirit pilots I hope we take a hard pass on hiring more of your group.

A non Spirit pilots posted something about United on here and you came in to defend UAL, on the NK forums, which isn’t needed.
I joked about the well know UAL DEI hiring, pointed out your “holier than thou” attitude with the “I can see why you’re still at NK,” and I needed to remind you most of us have CJOs in hand who have applied.
Now you’re wanting convincing that all NK pilots are not like me? Haha. Get over it.
Ok, I need some convincing that all UAL pilots aren’t like you before I accept this class date. See how insane that sounds.
