Pay for an empty middle seat. Reserve slob gets put in it. Complain to the nearest FA. Get removed by LEO for not following crew-member instructions and sucking it up quietly. This is a cash cow. We're out of the woods. Phew! Which tier did Ted say gets unlimited drinks?
