My question is, who buys airline debt in the first place, for any airline? Seems to me there are much less risky places to dump money out there...

MIA, JFK, ORD, LAX, ANC bases with gateway travel. 14% 401k direct conribution.
New contract in 2026 is promising and cargo is always in demand via consumers or goverments.
Pretty lame attempt to fish for internal rec bonuses. We are not even hiring right now.
And for now there are no promises about 2026.

16% yes next year. No turns. So you can have 50% of what you wished for

If I was a betting man I’d put my money on a Monday announcement.

We also borrowed our last $300m from the revolving credit line.

So spirit is a company that is trying to renegotiate debt due, because they have no money to pay for it, and then they are borrowing more money to cover quarterly losses.

Way to go Ted 🙄

Just baffling to me that he’s kept his job the past 10 months.
