It is such a catch-22 for the govt. They want to force airlines to have certain levels of service, seating, etc but also want to ensure the lowest fare ticket is still available to the poor student flying BOS-SJU to see abuela. How long until airfare vouchers get dished out to low income travelers?

Spirit will be fine, .gov will co-sign the bond refi.
We live in a world where it’s just the “right thing to do”. And we don’t want to appear mean or cruel.
Give out citizenship by simply asking.
Cancel student loans because debt sucks.
Pay middle class americans a monthly refundable tax credit for having children.
